DIVORCE COURT.

BY TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. INVERCARGILL, Sept 3. [n the divorce case Malcolm McDonald v. Phylis McDonald and Murdoch Mclvor co-respondent, a claim for £SOO damages, the jury returned a verdict for £250. A decree nisi was granted. The parties were married in 1889, and there are four children by the marriage. A short time ago Mrs McDonald benefited to the extent of £4,000 by the death of her father. She then left for Tasmania, where she is now living with Mclvor, who was a farmer at Otautau.
