A DOCTOR'S THEORY. Received August 27, 8.8 a.m. LONDON, August 26. Two bullets were extracted from the head of Mrs Luard (wife of General Luard), who was murdered at Seven-oaks. The doctor is of opinion that she was struck from behind with a bludgeon, and then shot as she lay stunned.
