SALE OF DAIRY AND AGRICULTURAL FARMS.
The subdivisional sale of the Flaxlands estate will take place in the Foresters' Hall, Greytown, on Saturday next by Messrs Levin and Co, Ltd, in conjunction with Mr J. R. Nicol. A fact worthy of mention in connection with dairying is that a number of Wairarapa milk suppliers to the Wellington market are averaging from £ls to £l7 per cow this season, so purchasers of Flaxlands farms should do exceptionally well, as the property has a big stock-carrying capacity. The terms of purchase are decidedly easy, only ten per cent, being required on the day of sale, and no further payment until next year. The property is splendidly situated in respect of railway comunication, and is about equal distance from the Greytown and Matarawa stations, and the townships of Carterton and Greytown. Plans of the subdivisions in the estate may be obtained from the agents.
