The Shah, in a rescript, censures th* Anjumans—which he describes as political societies without rulers or constitution—for undue meddling in Government affairs, and creating confusion. The rescript announces the dissolution of Parliament, and adds that upright, pious and patriotic deputies will be elected three months hence. CHINA AND JAPAN. BOYCOTT OF JAPANESE GOODS. PRACTICALLY ENDED. Received June 29, 10.35 a.m. MELBOURNE, June 29. Advices by China boat state that the Chinese boycott of Japanese goods at the northern ports of China has practically ended. Canton is the only place where it continues. This result has been brought about chiefly owing to concessions by the Japanese Government.
