Received June 14, 4.45 p.m. LONDON, June 13. The weight of postal parcels between United Kingdom anil United States will be increased t) eleven pounds from July Ist. The Prince of Wales opened the Rotherhithc-Stepney Tunnel, which is 6,883 fnr-t long, of which 1,500 feet are unJer the river. The tunnel cost £2,000,000, and is the largest in the world. The Prince of Wales said that he rejoiced that the work had been accomplished entirely by British minds, muscle and material.
