MINERS' CONGRESS.
Keceivcd June 14, 4.45 p.m. PARIS, June 14. The International Miners' Congress at Paris unanimously recommended the appointment of working men inspectors of mines, and also an agitation to induce all Governments to submit to compulsory arbitration any dispute likely to disturb the world's peace.
