AiNUAL MEETING.

BY TELBCiKAPJI —MESS ASSOCIATION. NAPIER, June 11. The annual meeting of Williams a~d Kettle, Ltd., was held to-day. The diiectors' report, which was adopted, recommended a dividend of 7 per cent, per annum, and one per cent, bonus on capital, a bonus of one and a-half per cent, on all goods purchased by shareholder's, ten per cent, on commissions contributed by shareholders; that £2,500 be place Ito the reserve, and that the balance be cairied forward. In consequence of the increase of business it was decided to raise the company's nominal capital to ,£250,000 by the issue of 20,000 additional fcharea of £5 each, £3 per share to b.j called up payable in allotment or at interval?. The annual bonus of £650 was voted for distribution amongst the staff.
