THE IRISH VOTE. A WARNING. Received June 4, 9 a.m. LONDON, June 3. Lord Cromer, in his presidential address to the Unionist Freetrade Club, after remarking that parties at the next general election would probably be more equally divided, warned his hearers of the danger of the more ardent tariff reformers seeking to capture the Irish vote by concessions which, it not fatal, would' perhaps be very damaging to the cau'se of the union.
