STAK v. MASTERTON JUNIOR.^ A match was {jkyod on the Showgrounds yesterday afternoon between the Star (Wellington) Club and & team representing the Masterton juniors. The latter wore assisted by J. O'Leary, Darvill, Minett, and Harry. The match resulted in a win for the visitors by 12 points to 3. For the winners Ruscoe, Brown, Daillie and Hunt scored tries, ar.d Darvill scored for Masterton. Mr D. Part hi wcs referee.
SELWYN v. ALBION'S. r b A match was played yesterday af- . ternoon between tha Albion and St-i- ---[ wyn (Wellington) teams. After an • evenly contested game the home team i won by 3 points (a goal Incited by F. - Ball) to nil. Mr V. Williams was i referee.
