NATIVES ON THE RAND.
CONSIDERABLE INCREASE. CAPETOWN, April 10. There are 25,000 more natives on the Rand than in 1907. Owing to commercial stagnation and the crisis in the diamond industry, the De Beers' Premier and Jagersfontein mines have released 20,000 and the Central and South African railways 17,500. BOWLING.
