CITIZEN SOLDIERSHIP.
MR PRICE'S DICTUM. LONDON, April 10. Addressing the Australasian Chamber of Commerce, Mr Price (Premier of South Australia) said he was entirely in accord with Mr Deakin's scheme of citizen soldiership. In view of the awakening in the East, somebody must stand up and be ready to fight, if they were going to retain Australia as a jewel in the crown of the Empire.
