A STORMY CAUCUS. MR DEAKIN WILL RESIGN. MELBOURNE, April 11. Mr Deakin resigns on Wednesday. At a caucus there was a noisy gathering. Those who had brought about the crisis were taken to task, but stuck to their guns. Mr Cook, deputy-leader of the Opposition, says this is one of those crises in which the Opposition have absolutely nothing to do but look on.
