THE LATEST BULLETIN. PATIENT VERY WEAK. Received April 10, 4.30 p.m. LONDON, April 11. The latest bulletin issued by Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman's medical attendants states that he passed a quiet day. His condition has not improved. He is suffering comparatively little, but is very weak.
