GAMBLING ON HORSE-RACING.
PROPOSAL TO MAKE IT A FELONY. Received April 10, 8.30 a.m. NEW YORK, April 9. A Bill making it a felony to garrble on horse-racing in New York Stite was defeated in the Senate, 25 voting for and 25 against the measure.
