Clifton and Canterbury were prominent for a mile and a-quarter, when Blenheim, putting in some good work, drew out and won by three lengths. Time, llmin 47 sec.

Junior Fours, li mile—Christchurch Union, 1; Wanganui Union, 2;' Blenheim. 3. Napier, Canterbury and Poverty Bay also rowed. Won by a length. Time, 9min 20sec. Junior , Sculls, 1 mile — Stokes (Aramoho), 1; Duston (Gisborne), 2; Robertson (Star, Wellington), 3. Greenlies (Aramoho) and Snow (Napier) also started. Won by six lengths. Time, 7min 16stc.
