LONDON, March 20. The Archbishop of Canterubry and j the Bishop of London have nominated ■ the Rev. Clayton Twitchell, vicar of : All Hal'.ows, East India docks, as : missionary bishop in Polynesia. The Bishop of London transfers to the i Rev. Twitchell all his jurisdiction : over Polynesia. Bishop Willis, formerly of Honolulu, will continue to work in Tonga. MOROCCO, March 20.
