ENGLISH LICENSING BILL.
TIME LIMIT PROVISION CRITICISED. Received March 17, 9.10 a.m. LONDON, March 16. The president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants states that even if the time limit to a license were just, it would be commercially impossible unless accompanied by a reduction in taxation.
