CHINESE EMPEROR'S MARRIAGE LINES.
Received March 17, 9.45 a.m. BERLIN, March 16. The Emperor of China's marriage lines were discovered hanging in a tavern in Southern Germany. The document disappeared when the Germans entered the Pekin Palace in 1900. It has now been restored to China.
