Received March 12, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, March 11. In the House of Lords, the Lord Chancellor (Lord Loreburn) moved the second reading of the Scottish Small Holdings Bil'. He offered to consider minor amendments not affecting the crofterising of the lowlands. Lord Montrose moved a hostile resolution. The debate was adjourned.
