Received March 12, 11.21 a.m. NEW YORK, March 11. Evelyn Thaw h seeking a divorce, on the ground that Harry Thaw was insane at the time cf the marriage.
Thaw, who shot Stanford White, a millionaire, was acquitted, on the ground that he was insane at the time of the tragedy. He is at present confined in an asylum. .
