METEOROLOGICAL.
Mr W. F. Day, Brooklyn, Gladstone, reports as follows:—The rainfall for February was only .10 points on four days, viz., .02 points on 18th and 24th, and .03 on 23rd and 25th. The total rainfall from November Ist to the end of February has only been 1.43 in.
