BALKAN RAILWAYS.
DISPUTE VIRTUALLY SETTLED
VIENNA, March 6. The Novibazar railway dispute is virtually settled. Russia withdraws her objections to the concession to Austria if Turkey as seems likely, to the Danube-Adriatic railway proposal.
Servia has already been informed by Austria and Hungary that they are prepared to support the Servian demand for the construction of a railway from the Danube to the Adriatic Sea, via Servia.
