THE BARNSLEY TRAGEDY.
DEATH OF ONE OF THE RESCUERS.
LONDON, March 6. Welshy, one of those who did rescue work during the'panic in a theatre at Barnsley, which resulted in several children being killed and many injured, is dead. His death was caused by the oxygen in a breathing apparatus with which he had to be provided becoming exhausted.
