A SEDDON MEMORIAL.
LONDON, March 6. The Bishop of Liverpool (Right Rev. Dr. Chavasse) performed the dedication service at Eccleston Church at St. Helens and inaugurated the new choir stalls intended as a memorial to the late Mr R. J. Seddon.
Mrs Seddun, wife of the late Premier, presented the choir stalls to the Church.
