KNIVES AND REVOLVERS USED

Received February 23, 4.16 p.m. NEW YORK, February 22. A fight took place yesterday between the police and unemployed at Philadelphia. It that an anarchist girl, named Voltarine Leleyne, incited one thousand unemployed,mostly Italians, Russians and Negroes, to carry a red flag to the City Hall, Philadelphia, and submit to the Mayor their grievances. The procession led to a fierce battle with the police. A score of shots were exchanged before the disturbance was quelled. Some of the rioters used knives. ,
