HOSE DELIBERATELY CUT,

At last night's meeting of the Christchurch Fire Board, Superintendent Smith cited instances of persons deliberately cutting the hose on the occasion of the big fire last week. He mentioned also that several persons were to be summoned for deliberately driving over the hose at different points.
