THE RED AND BLACK FLAGS.
LABOUR PARTY BOUND TO SOCIALISM. Received January 28, 9.11 a.m. LONDON, January 27. The Master of Elibank (Mr A. W. Murray, chief Liberal Whip), speaking at"Warminster, advocated u militant attitude towards the red and black flags of Socialism and Protection. Mr Grayson, Socialist member for Colne Valley, in a speech at East Ham, said the Hull decision absolutely bound the Labour party to Socialism. Universal pensions, provided by taxing the rich, alone would satisfy labour. Since the Liberal party was packed with Dlutocrats, who resent interference .with their plunder, they had better join the Tories.
