BREACH OF CONTRACT.
THREE MILLION DAMAGES. Received January 16, 11.38 p.m. HALIFAX, January 16. The Supreme Court at Nova Scotia has upheld a decision in* favour of the Dominion Iron and Steel Company's claim for three million sterling damages owing to the Dominion Coal Company committing a breach of contract for the supply of coal.
