Mr Arthur Ballinger, who last year won outiight the Championship Rifle Bel'"., has written to the New Zealand Rifle Association stating the conditions on which he donates the Belt to the Association for future competition. The chief conditions are that the Belt shall be knowrj as the Ballinger Belt; that it shall be competed for annually, and shall be held by the winner for one year only.
