Received January 15, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, January 14.The Daily Mail asserts that Raisuli has sided with Mulai Hafid and that this will retard Kaid Sir Harry MacLean's release. ; (The Kaid ha 3 been held captive by Raisuli since the beginning of July last.)
