ORDERED TO BE WOUND UP. AT THE INSTANCE OF SHAREHOLDERS. Received January 15, 10.55 p.m. LONDON, January 15. At the instance of the shareholders and with the consent of all parties, Mr Justice Neville has ordered the compulsory winding up of the new Druce-Portland Company. The petition declared that the promoters acted in a bona fide manner, and honestly throughout, and were anxious that the subscribers should be reimbursed fully. Mr .F! Smith, for the promoters, ' said the latter never that Hollanby Druce did not represent the elder branch of the family.
