POSTAL VAN "BOMBED." TWO SOLDIERS KILLED. ST. PETERSBURG, January 10. A bomb, which had been placed under a postal van at the Solokoff station, on the Vistula Railway, killed two soldiers helonging to an esirort, and wounded the driver, four officials and five soldiers. The Terrorists then robbed the van, and escaped.
