AN EXPLANATION WANTED. / BY TKI.EGRAI'H —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, January 10. It was alleged at a committee meeting of the Wellington Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association, to-night, that three competitors in events at the centre's recent spor's did not seem to make -m honest attempt to win. The competitors concerned are to bo asked for an explanation.
