"CRAMMED WITH AMMUNITION." Received December 16, 8.33 a.m. NEW YORK, December 15. If-, is stated at Hampton Roads that those employed on Admiral Evans' battleships will not be allowed t'o accompany the fleet to the Pacific, but that all will be dismissed. The squadron is said to be crammed with ammunition. (The fleet 'will start from the Atlantic this month, and proceed by way of Magellan Straits to San Francisco. A flotilla of destroyers will sail at the same time, but it is understood will not accompany the fleet).
