SENT INTO EXILE.
THIRTY MEMBERS OF SECOND DUMA. Received December, 16, 8.30 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, December 15. Thirty Social Democratic members of the Second Duma have been exiled to Siberia, of whom twenty-two have been sentenced to an additional four or five years' imprisonment. The latter include Prince Tschepaidze and others who took a prominent part in the London Congress.
