EX-PRESIDENT SUICIDES. Received November 27, 9.16 p.m. NEW YORK, November 27. Howard Maxwell, ex-president of the Borough Bank, Brooklyn, committed suicide on hearing that his cashier had turned informer. The Grand Jury at New York indicted Howard Maxwell, ex-presi-dent of the Borough Bank, Brooklyn, Gow, a director, and Campbell, cashier, for larceny and other offences..
