FRENCH NAVY.
ORGANIC REFORMATION IMPERATIVE. Received November 27, 9.16 p.m. PARIS, November 27. M. Chaumet, reporter of the French naval estimates, reports that the complete organic reformation of the navy is imperative, and recommends the appointment of an extra Parliamentary commission, chiefly consisting of admirals, to prepare a plan for reorganisation, which should form the basis of a Government measure.
