(Lieutenant Ullmo, bebnging to the French torpedo boat Carrabine, was arrested in Toulon in sensational circumstances, charged with offering to sell the naval signal code and the cypher key. The arrest led to the discovery of an international espionage agency in the south of France, and the arrest of several civilians at Marseilles and Toulon.)
