REDUCTION IN ESTIMATES ASKED. PEACEFUL INTERNATIONAL KELATIONS. Received November 17, 4.9 p.m. LONDON, November 16. One hundred and thirty six members of the House of Commons nave petitioned Sir Henry Campbell-Ban-nerman to bring about a material reduction in the Army and Navy estimates in view of the peaceful situation resulting from Britain's relations with France and Russia and the improved relations with Germany.
