WELLINGTON WOOL SALES.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, November 15. The first wool sale of the season was held here to-day. There were about forty buyers present. The catalogue comprised 1,700 bales. The condition generally was good. Prices] ranged "as follows: —Super half bred lid to 11 Jd, medium half bred lOd to 10£ d, inferior 9Jd to 9fd, super crossbred 9jjtd to 10d. medium 8&d to 9Jd, inferior 7d to Sid, bellies and pieces 6d to BJd, stained pieces and locks 3d to 4d, dead 53d to 7Jd, crutchings 4£d to 6d.
