Trarsfers were approved as follows:—Section 37, Block IV, Mount Cerberus, W. J. Rountree to G. H. Fulcher; section 56, Block XVIII, Manga ha Qf- 'Mrs E. M. Mcßeth to B. C. SmUflL' - An application of the Eketahuna County Council for a certain.area to be set aside as a gravel pit was approved, a previous resolution on the matter being rescinded.
