THE RAND MINES.
Received October IG, 84.0 a.m. LONDON. October 15. Mr J. B. Robinson, a well-known Rand magnate, interviewed, stated that something like a thousand millions' worth of gold remains in the Rand mines. Besides this, the whole country is highly mineralised. Native labour, he says, is abundant.
