AFFAIRS IN MOROCCO.
THE RIVAL SULTANS. Received October 16, 8.40 a.m. MOROCCO, October 15. Mulai Hafid, the Sultan's halfbrother, who has been proclaimed Sultan in the South, is sending a strong expedition to compel the Hagi of Mogador to proclaim him Sultan. The Governor of Mogador, who remains faithful to Abdul Aziz, the Sultan of Morocco, intends to resist.
