A SLUMP. RECALLING THE MARCH PANIC. Received October 14, 10 a.m. NEW YORK, October 13. Theri is a slump on the New York Exchange, recalling the March panic. The slump is dui to the rumour that Mr Harriman is reducing his holdings in the railways. Mr Harriman denies this.
