THE HAGUE PEACE CONVENTION.
SEPTENNIAL CONFERENCES. Received September 24, 7.42 a.m. THE HAGUE, September 23. ■ At the Peace Convention M. Nelidoff's resolution embodying Great Britain's proposal, cabled on August 3rd, was unanimously adopted. Thanks was expressed to the Czar for convening the Peace Conferences, and to Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands for her hospitality.
(The British resolution provides for septennial conferences at The Hague.)
