HOME RULE WANTED—NOT DEVOLUTION. Received September 20, 8.36 a.m. LONDON, September 19. Mr Ginnell, Nationalist M.P. for West Meath North, speaking at a meeting at Meath, declared that his cattle-driving campaign has Mr J. E. Redmond's direct authority.
. Mr Redmond, who has not denied the statement, stated at Longford, that his object was to hasten a general election and make sure that Home Rule, not devolution, would be in the forefront of the Liberal programme.
