By Telegraph—Press Association. » NAPIER, September 11. Two ladies' hockey matches were played on the Recreation Ground, tnis afternoon,. In the first match the Te Kooti Club (Hastings) beat the Wanganui ladies' hockey team by 2 goals to nil. Tha second match was a representative match between the Auckland and Hawke's Bay ladies' hockey teams. The game was very fast and interesting, and the two sides were very evenly matched. After a well-contested game Hawke's Bay won by 1 goal to nil.
