Received August 30, 7.21 a.m. LONDON, August 29. The Times' Tangier correspondent says that Mulai Hafid's letter is a very strong document, and the result will be tranquility. Mulai Hafid has been proclaimed at Azimur. He summoned the Shawi tribes, who were fighting against the French, to proceed to Marakesh. There is every reason to believe that he will be proclaimed at Tangier. Received August 30, 9.27 p.m. MOROCCO, August 30. ' The arrival of an additional French ' cruiser at Tangier has reassured the ' European colony. ;
