"HEROIC ACHIEVEMENTS OF A GR3AT SESSION." • Received August 30, 8.2 a.m. LONDON, August 29. Liberal organs eulogise the heroic achievements of a great session, despite the mischief* worked by the House of Lords. The Times says the session leaves the Ministerial position substantially unaffected. The Daily Telegraph says that Liberals cannot boast of the finest crop of legislative achievements ever garnered, while simultaneously debouncing the House of Lords' obstructive and destructive activity.
