AN APPEAL CASE.

Constable Powell, an appeal against the decision of the Magistrate by which the appellant was fcbnvicted 6f' sly grog-selling, he "" being manager of one of the brewery depots. - Mr Justice Williams reserved his decision until to-morrow.
